Below are some of the residential house builds that our company has undertaken in the past. You will see a wide range of unique houses that offer a showcase of what the team of Darryl Tregidga builders can do.
Marlene
Marlenes beautiful 3 bedroom home designed by her son Chris, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen and dining have a beautiful high ceiling with an oak beam to match the oak flooring and window seat. Marlene's love of colour and art can been seen through out the house. The unique fence was designed by her daughter in law Stephanie, the garden's were also designed by her son Matt and daughter in law Stephaine.
Eddie and Verna
Eddie and Verna`s project was a new build in Dargaville Pheonix Place, it has three bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite, open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge, large hallway storage cupboards, internal acces double garage with laundry.
Darryl and Joanne
Our house 250 sqmt open plan living, dining and kitchen with walk in pantry, 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite and walkin robe, main bathroom with tiled shower and bath, large garage space with laundry
Colin and Stephanie
Colin and Stephaine double storey 3 bedroom with amazing veiws at Baylys Beach, upstairs is an open plan living, dining and kitchen with a large deck, down stairs is the bedrooms with bathroom and laundry.
Scott and Paula
This lovely little 3 bedroom open plan home, with a seperate laundry. The large aluminium sliders opening onto the beautiful Kwila deck with awesome rural views will be amazing in the summer.
Stephen
This pretty little unit sized house with internal acess to the shed. The unit was large enough to accomodate 1 or 2 people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with laundry, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The lining was varnished plywood.
Andrew and Jeanette
This house is a very unique build as we are working in a partnership with the clients to create a concrete house. The clients had a special love for concrete and own a concrete products business. This is seen in the gallery of photos below as the exterior walls and floor are concrete which they have made themselves at their local workshop in Dargaville. While all of the timber framing and interior building work has been done by us.
Peter and Gay
Peter and Gay's project was a new build that was a 2 bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, with a internal access garage.
Matthew and Stephaine
Matthew and Stephanie's 130 sqmt house designed by Matt's brother Chris, it is lovely flowing open plan 3 bedroom, living, dining and kitchen with a family room. The large bathroom also houses the laundry.
