Extensions and Renovations
The below projects are extensions to pre-existing houses undertaken in the past, and were situations where clients wanted just a little bit more to their homes.
Tutty Extension.
Martin and Alison`s extension doubled the size of the already existing state home with a living and kitchen area being added inside as well as some work done in the bathroom, a deck was also added around the back of the house and a carport was built off to the side of the house.
David and Yvette Extension.
David and Yvette had a major extension that doubled the size of the already existing house. The kitchen was rebuilt, a master bedroom with an ensuite was added, along with a lounge, office and laundry. A large deck area, a spa area and a concrete pad were placed out the front of the house as well.
Bupa Resthome Extension.
Darryl and Joanne reclad
This is our home we owned at Toka Toka. Before we put it on the market we reclad the exterior which modernised the house, and sprused up the interior.
Rob and Margaret
Rob and Margaret wanted to modernise and make their home warmer. We gutted the house, replace pretty much everything and wow what a difference.
